Dog & Bear Hotel

Lenham, Kent

Full bathroom reseal across three newly refurbished guest rooms at the historic Dog & Bear Hotel in Lenham, Kent — a Grade II listed coaching inn.

The Dog & Bear Hotel in Lenham is one of Kent's most characterful coaching inns — a Grade II listed building with a history stretching back centuries. When the hotel undertook a refurbishment of its guest rooms, they called on The Mastic King to deliver the kind of precision sealing work that a property of this quality demands.

We were brought in to reseal the bathrooms across three of the newly refurbished rooms. Each bathroom required full strip-out of the old, tired sealant followed by thorough surface preparation and the application of fresh, clean silicone throughout — baths, shower enclosures, basins and wall-to-floor junctions.

Working in a live hotel environment means discretion, speed and zero mess. We completed all three rooms with minimal disruption to the hotel's operations, leaving every bathroom looking immaculate and ready for guests.
