Mastic Sealant Specialist in Tonbridge

Tonbridge is a busy market town with a wide range of housing — from Victorian and Edwardian terraces near the castle and high street to large detached homes in Hildenborough and Hadlow, and rural village properties in the Medway valley beyond. We cover the full TN9–TN11 area regularly and are usually able to offer same-day or next-day visits. The jobs we do most in Tonbridge are bathroom reseals in older properties and kitchen worktop sealing in homes that have had new worktops fitted. Older housing stock near Tonbridge Castle and along the River Medway corridor often has original silicone that has never been replaced — it goes black with mould, starts to peel away from the surface, and eventually lets water in behind the tiles. We strip it all back, prepare the surface properly and apply a fresh, mould-resistant seal that looks sharp and lasts. We also get a lot of calls for freestanding and corner bath resealing — more common in Tonbridge's larger homes where period-style bathrooms are popular. These require careful preparation around the base of the bath to get a clean, watertight joint, and it's something we do regularly. For rural properties in Hildenborough, Hadlow, Paddock Wood and the surrounding villages, we carry out the same range of services — bathroom resealing, kitchen worktop sealing, LVT flooring edge sealing and window mastic. Village properties often have older bathrooms with non-standard configurations, and we're experienced with all of them.
