Deal, Kent
Mastic Sealant Specialist in Deal
Sharp lines, mould-resistant silicone and a finish that lasts. The Mastic King covers all of Deal and the surrounding CT14 postcodes — same-day visits available.
Deal is a historic East Kent coastal town with a high proportion of period properties — Georgian townhouses, Victorian terraces and fishermen's cottages that have been renovated and updated over the years. We cover the full CT14 postcode area, including Walmer, Kingsdown and the surrounding villages. Deal's older housing stock is one of the main reasons we're called here. Period properties often have bathrooms where the silicone has been applied multiple times over the years without ever being properly stripped back. We remove everything down to bare surface and start fresh — it's the only way to get a finish that lasts. As a coastal town, Deal properties are exposed to salt air and higher humidity than inland areas. We use premium mould-resistant silicone suited to coastal environments and always start from bare surface before applying new sealant. Deal has a growing number of renovated and extended properties, and we're regularly called in after a kitchen or bathroom renovation to apply the final sealant finish. We also carry out window frame mastic and LVT flooring edge sealing across the CT14 area.
